It is not prudent to change the job,organization and work responsibilities, because, one has to struggle to reestablish and survive in this competitive world. So first, examine the avenues for growth within the know filed or group.

When & How to change?

Justification for change …

  • Change in career for increase in salary can not be deemed as better prospects and it should provide to perform better &derive job satisfaction.
  • Never indicate change in job is for higher salary. Instead indicate that, you are contemplating to accept challenging job, which will enrich & improve your skills, knowledge & experience.
  • Never communicate that, the present job or the employer is not good. On the contrary indicate that the present job has given you adequate experience and knowledge and further career enrichment is limited. Therefore you are desiring to explore better opportunities to step up career prospects.
