GSM / CDMA Networks-Installation of BTS / MW Equipment
BTS outdoor and indoor work includes:
- Fixing of cable ladder Outdoor work consisting of fixing RF and Microwave antennae
- Routing of cables ,Clamping ,Ground / Earthing ,Alignment of Antenna as per specifications Installation of Radio Base Station (RBS) and Transmission Rack
- Grounding of equipments and Installation of rectifier and battery bank .
- The antennae, the wave-guide locks, flexible wave guides to ensure reliable and proper RF connections.
- The installation of antenna mounting poles and pipes associated with mechanical arrangement examined and where necessary corrected to ensure , to comply the technical specification.
- The outdoor radio unit & antenna support arms and integration and commissioning of the BTS with the BSC
In Shelters and earthing work at Cell Sites The support Service includes supply of material earth pit work & shelter electrification.

Which include deployment of all categories of switches, routers, servers, systems integration, lease line modems, Desktops, Peripherals, LAN, Wi-Fi networks and all other related activities. Service field team rolls out large IT installation, IMACs (Installation, Moving, Add-on, Change) and networking projects with equal ease.
Service providing Project-Our support services
The support Service providing system Implementation (TI) is basic project management delivery service. include the supply of a corresponding level of project management necessary to ensure service quality and delivery commitment . Under this arrangement overall management of the project and customer interface resides with either the customer (supplier) or its designated Roll-Out Management (ROM) company. At a minimum, the following functional areas are addressed:
- Pre-installation site and Survey .
- Delivery of materials to site
- Equipment installation& commissioning (BTS and NSS network elements)
- Equipment integration (BTS and NSS network elements)
- Quality inspections (BTS and NSS network elements)
Roll-Out Management Services
Roll-Out Management is a full service project management encompasses all services necessary to manage and support the installation, commissioning, integration, and testing and acceptance of the network element components comprising of telecommunications network.

This service combines Telecom Implementation and Roll-out Management service delivered to be provided our team.
Locations
As indicated above, Kou Chan is prepared to extend the immediate service support for Kolkata and it is also possible to extend services to other locations like to Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, and New Delhi Region. The service support on similar lines shall be extended to other areas with mutual discussion and consent.
