Features of the Kou-Chan’s Training Programs
All Kouchan Training programs are competency-based, building needed skills in most business settings. The series, modular and easily tailored to each audience, include:
Foundation Program Series – Encourages leaders to enhance performance skills, resulting in increased employee and company performance. The products in this program series are designed to shape an attitude about results, build front-line leadership skills to achieve a result, and to help leaders who must improve the results of a work unit, division, multiple locations or a company-wide result.
Leadership and Team Program Series – Focuses on promoting and developing a unique value-oriented approach to empowering and developing skills in leaders and teams at all levels of organizations. The products are designed to use a facilitated method of presentation where learning occurs from several sources – the Kou-Chan Training facilitator, individual participants, and the team.
Special Program Series – Delivers advanced competencies in management specialty functions and skills. The products in this program series are designed to help leaders learn skills in more advanced leadership or management areas.
Sales and Customer Care Program Series – Helps participants achieve long-term customer relationships. The individual products in this program series deliver a wide range of competencies in sales, marketing and customer service functions and skills. |
